Nordic Open cancelled!

Nordic Biliard Council together with the local organizer, Strømmen BK, have decided to cancel the 8-ball tournament due to be held this weekend.
The reasons are linked to the lack of interest from the nordic countries, and as a result it have caused little interest also from norwegian players.
Biljardexperten AB confirmed today that Mika Immonen was not able to participate aswell. Given reason was little interest from players in the nordic countries.

NBC and the head of Biljardexperten agreed in a telephone-meeting today that all focus should now be consentrated towards the Nordic Tour (4 tournaments) to be held within the next 12 months.
The tour was unanimously decided in NBCs latest meeting in Helsinki, May 21.-23.

NBC and the local organizer do apologize for all inconvenience and ask for understanding for this decision.
