Seoul,Korea - Dragon Promotions will expand its growth by producing its first ever 3 Cushion events. DP will has created 3 new events, the King of Carom and the Queen of Carom and Korea vs Europe Team 3 Cushion. Both events will have top carom and pool talents playing in a modified and speedier version of 3 Cushion. XTM is the new network the events will be broadcasted on and shared with TVN and XSPORTS.
Players will be playing a race to 15 points in the mens while ladies will race to 7 points. Shot clock will be set at 45 seconds with 2 extensions per match. Single elimination, so there will be no room for mistakes with this new format.
First round matches for the King of Carom include Shin Young Park (KOR) against Rodney Morris (USA), Mika Immonen against Sung Wook Choi (KOR), O Takeshima (#2 in Japan) against Pil Hyun Cho (KOR), and Danny Harriman of USA taking on former World Champion and icon Semih Sayginer.
Women first round include Monica Webb versus Jasmin Ouschan, Yu Ram Cha vs Miyuki Sakai, Bo Ram Cha vs Tiffany Nelson, and Jeanette Lee in a re-match against Shanelle Loraine from their last encounter playing 9-Ball..
The events will last 3 days and be a pre cursor to the Korea vs USA Team
